Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms

glamquitup operates this website and provides access to Course A, a lifestyle media production guide covering visual preparation, studio styling, lighting setup, camera framing, and polished content workflows. By accessing or using the site, purchasing the course, or creating an account you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree you must not use the site or the course materials.

Eligibility and permitted use

The site and course are intended for users aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. You may use the materials only for your own personal or professional learning in line with the licence granted at purchase. You must not share login details, redistribute downloaded files, or use the content to deliver competing training without written permission from glamquitup.

Prohibited conduct

You must not attempt to copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the course content. You must not upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, or use the service in any way that could damage its reputation or interfere with other users. Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

Accounts, submissions and user content

When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. Any comments, project files or feedback you submit remain your responsibility. By submitting material you grant glamquitup a non-exclusive licence to use it for improving the course and for moderation purposes. We may remove any submission that we consider inappropriate.

Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use

All text, images, videos, diagrams and other materials on the site are owned by glamquitup or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to view and download the purchased course for personal use only. No other rights are granted. Trademarks and logos must not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Third-party services and links

The site may contain references to third-party tools, platforms or services used in media production. These references are for information only. glamquitup does not endorse, control or accept liability for any third-party service and you use such services at your own risk.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate access for maintenance, legal reasons or if you breach these terms. We reserve the right to update the course content and these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Disclaimers subject to mandatory consumer law

The course is provided for educational purposes. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, glamquitup does not warrant that the materials will meet your specific requirements or produce particular commercial results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Limitation of liability

Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the site or course shall not exceed the amount you paid for access in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, data or business opportunity.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify glamquitup against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from your use of the course materials in a manner not permitted by the licence.

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts. You retain all rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. We may update these terms; the current version will always be displayed on this page. For questions about these terms please contact us using the form on the Contacts page or by writing to 1st Floor, 85 Great Portland St, London W1W 7LT, United Kingdom or emailing [email protected].
